Remedial Deep Tissue or Relax (No Rebates)

This Remedial massage will be customised to suit your needs – a stronger deep tissue release or lighter relaxation remedial. Your therapist will discuss your preference at the start of your session and check in throughout to ensure it is tailored effectively.

Remedial massage aims to systematically assess and treat muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue of the body that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile, and assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

This customised treatment may include techniques such as myofascial release, trigger points, passive/active stretching, lymphatic drainage, jaw release, cupping or dry needling to deliver your best treatment outcome.
