Overcome barriers to happiness & fulfillment, you are in caring, experienced hands
Our team of counsellors at Sage are amongst the most skilled providers in Perth, each having their own specialisations.
Counselling help you address and navigate personal, emotional, or psychological challenges. It involves a trained counsellor using various techniques and strategies to support you in understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. The process typically includes open, confidential conversations where you can explore your concerns, set goals, and develop coping strategies.
Counselling can cover a wide range of issues, from dealing with stress and anxiety to managing relationships or making life transitions. The goal is to empower you to make informed decisions, build resilience, and improve your overall well-being. Sessions provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and validated.
After booking your appointment with your counsellor of choice through our website, your counsellor will get in touch with you to provide more details and answer any questions or concerns.
On the day of your appointment, you will be greeted by a member our Sage reception team. We will guide you through to our welcome lounge where you can help yourself to our complimentary tea bar and relax in our nurturing space. Your counsellor will then come to greet you and your self-care journey begins…
Your Sage counselling team are here to help and bring many years of collective experience and care.
I am an experienced and supportive counsellor providing strategies to support you using a person-centred approach. This means you are respected and valued as a person, not as a condition to be treated.
I can assist you through diverse issues such as loss and grief (including pet loss), managing stress and emotional regulation, and can assist you with managing anxiety, depression, illness, life-limiting conditions and issues involved with relationships, sexual identity and voluntary assisted dying (VAD). I provide a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTIQ community.
I am a registered NDIS provider and counsellor providing therapeutic support. Counselling is a capacity-building and capacity-enhancing therapeutic service that offers more than just emotional support; it aims to help you achieve your goals, such as becoming more independent.
I am an experienced counsellor, holding a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I have a Masters in Palliative Care and am qualified as a Registered Nurse.
Please feel free to call me to discuss your needs and goals and how I can assist you before making a booking.

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and personal and professional life coach. I specialise in subconscious re-patterning — working beneath conscious thought to address the root drivers of anxiety, stress, emotional reactivity, self-sabotage and behavioural habits.
Clinical hypnotherapy allows us to access the part of the mind where automatic responses and conditioned patterns are formed. By working at this level, change can occur more efficiently and sustainably than through insight alone.
I integrate evidence-informed hypnotherapy with neuroscience, guided imagery, parts work and person-centred psychotherapy to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is calm, structured and compassionate. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work collaboratively with clients to identify and reshape the underlying patterns driving distress.
I support adults, adolescents and children with concerns including:
My sessions are trauma-informed, tailored to the individual and grounded in evidence-based practice. Clients are supported to feel safe and heard while being guided toward practical outcomes and long-term resilience.
I have a background in public mental health and extensive experience working within public health systems. I hold a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, certificates in Neurolinguistic Programming, coaching, EFT, a Graduate Certificate of Public Health and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Sessions are available by appointment, in-person at Sage or via telehealth.
Please phone or email me if you have any questions prior to making an appointment.

Hi, I’m Ana, a psychologist registered under the Australian Health Practitioner’s Agency (AHPRA) with a background in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). With over 20 years of global experience in facilitating personal change and development, I connect easily with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
In Australia, I have had the privilege of working as a Psychologist, EAP Provider, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, and Wellness Advisor. I am experienced in providing psychological assessments, diagnostics, interventions, and training, all grounded in evidence-based practices.
My special interests span working with adults and seniors, addressing mental health concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, such as Autism and ADHD. I also support individuals navigating significant life transitions, such as career changes, retirement, or relocation.
With a warm and collaborative approach, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe and valued while treatment plans are tailored to drive practical lasting changes.
Sessions are available both in person and online. Medicare rebates are available for those with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and I also provide receipts for Private Health Insurance claims.
