Remedial Assisted Stretch

Assisted stretch sessions release tissue locked from past injury and postural imbalances. Your therapist will restore movement, create space and length in your body as well as assess your entire body and really understand root causes of issues, to make lasting changes.

Your therapist will take you gently through stretching positions, access tissue which you can’t on your own, deeply mobilise joints, muscle and fascia to restore lost movement, and will provide education & support around your mobility.

*Please note: many clients like to combine Assisted Stretch with a short massage session at the start to warm up & loosen muscles. Simply let your therapist know on arrival.
