Sage Massage & Movement - Consultation Room

Inclusions:

  • Casual hourly or daily rental – room set up with 2+ consult chairs, coffee table, round jute rug, plant, corner stand with salt lamp, tissues, candle, water jug & glasses.
  • Weekly rental – room to be furnished by you and set aside for your exclusive use.
  • Private car bays available at rear of building.
  • Access with reception staffed Monday – Friday 9.30am to 6pm
  • Access without reception staffed outside of the above listed times (own key/alarm access)
  • Reception to greet your clients & show through to waiting lounge with complimentary tea bar
  • Use of common areas including WC’s, storerooms, kitchen & dining
  • Ducted heating/cooling with individual room control
  • Wifi; light & sound control
  • Water, electricity, gas & rates
  • Option to display business cards & promotional material subject to approval
  • Promotion on Sage socials/website/email newsletter to 8,000+ database)

  • Client bookings & payments
  • Room set up/pack down, coordination and advertising

Sage Massage & Movement – Treatment Room

Inclusions:

  • Treatment room set up with massage table, cover, towels, salt lamp, tissues, eye pillow, pillows, bolster, rug, electric blanket, practitioner stool, client chair
  • Private car bays to rear of building
  • Access with reception staffed Monday – Friday 9am to 6.30pm
  • Access without reception staffed outside of the above listed times (own key/alarm access)
  • Reception to greet clients by name & show through to waiting lounge with complimentary tea bar
  • Use of common areas including WC’s, storerooms, kitchen &dining
  • Ducted heating/cooling with individual control
  • Wifi; light & sound control
  • Water, electricity, gas & rates
  • Option to display business cards & promotional material subject to approval

  • Complimentary tea bar
  • Use of common areas including WC’s, storerooms, kitchen & dining
  • Ducted heating/cooling with individual control
  • Wifi; light & sound control
  • Water, electricity, gas & rates
