Our friendly staff will show you to our infrared therapy room and get you set up. Then simply lock the door, relax and enjoy your infrared experience.

An infrared pod session is also a great way to unwind before or after your massage, resulting in a deeper healing experience as your body and mind relax. Simply book both sessions back-to-back online or phone us to arrange.

Afterward you can relax and reflect in our cosy Welcome Lounge with a cup of delicious organic herbal tea.
